Starting as a process optimisation project, we guided Avebe towards their new OPCO-organisation form. Strategically chosen projects, personal & group developments, leadership and entrepreneurism changed Avebe into a customer oriented organisation. We facilitated nine supply chains in their change processes. Process Overview Workshops, Demand and Supply Chain modules, communication sessions and coaching were the basis of our support. During three years we designed and implemented a management development project. 88 line managers were selected to improve their leadership in seven power generation plants and to leverage the business intelligence between the Energy centre and the Amsterdam Exchange Power.
